Well probably you guys will imagine the sausage but guess what.It is right! Yeah it's a place where the sausage come from and Goethe's birthplace! Having been to Germany several times before but this time we focus on Hessen!

*lets forget about the bad time in Passau before loool.

The journey started pretty well, Gottseidank, I had Red Hot Chilli Peppers' songs in my playlist while waiting for the bus from Stuttgart to get to Frankfurt, so it was pretty damn okay even though the midnight wind was like "sup bruv let me chill you a bit" lol

First of all, I actually wanted to stop by Darmstadt but then I accidentally fell asleep and damn, the bus continued straight to Frankfurt Hbf. So I had to wait the whole night by the station (oh yeah because I didn't want to bother my friend by calling her that time lol). So I asked the bus driver with broken German before I left got down.

"Entschuldigung, haben wir bus von hier nach Darmstadt?"

The driver looked at me and said " ja ja aber nicht jetzt"

Then he pointed me where to go so I could wait until the next trip.

This time I bought the ticket beforehand so the guard will allow me to stay in the Hbf lol. Anyway, long short story, I managed to get to Darmstadt next morning. Pheuw after few mins walking,I got to my friends place. So I stayed with Noreen and then Franziska. Long short story, these two places are amazing !

I stayed there almost a week,so I kinda had the chance to explore the place. Here in Frankfurt-Darmstadt,I visited Main Tower, Sachsenhausen, TU Darmstadt, Luisenplatz, Herrgarten, Vortex Garten, Mathildenhöhe, Hochzeitsturm and several other places.

Upon arriving there,Noreen actually baked me a birthday cake! Yumm! She also got me present for my birthday! Thanks a lot!

She got a lovely family and accompanied by two dogs! I think the dogs like me though as whenever I passed by they're just follow and keep jumping lool. Okay so Noreen's family is very kind and welcoming and I'm super happy that I had the chance to know them!

Never get tired of this one, while another one always spent the time outside though. But yeah so here in Darmstadt, I went around exploring the area and apparently this city is somehow called student city because of TU Darmstadt. Here in Darmstadt you can find Ludwigsmonument at the Luisenplatz. Mathildenhoehe and Hochzeitsturm. A lot of kinds of restaurants you can find it here. One of them that I visited was a Moroccan restaurant; Tajinerie Marokkanische Kueche. I had couscous and harrira. I know it's kinda weird to try Moroccan food in Germany but the thing is why not. Also I never tried any Moroccan food before so yeah it was a good shot! Thanks to Noreen for suggesting this place!

Noreen and her mom. Miss you guys a lot!

Mint Tea, with the Moroccan style I think! haha lit!

Regarding food pic,I didn't take them as I always eat first and then realised I forgot to take it though! but yeah next time!

This is their business card. The owner is so friendly and very welcoming!

Trivia : Darmstadt has their own football club aka S.V Darmstadt 98

Move on! While staying with Franzi,I had the chance to go to Frankfurt AM and yes thanks to her I got the chance to visit Main Tower. Located in Innenstadt and the tower is named after The Main River

The tower behind me is the Commerzbank Tower. You can also see the Main River behind.

Franzi ! haha nice pose you got from a skillful photographer (me) hahaha

Another view

Here is the video that I took from there

After that,we went to Frankfurter Rathaus. It's actually a city hall aka Der Römer. It's a medieval building located in Altstadt,Frankfurt and it's considered as one of the most important landmarks here.

Das Frankfurter Rathaus Römer

TRIVIA : Johann Wolfgang von Goethe was born in Frankfurt

These building actually was sold to the city council and later on converted to the city hall. Yep you can see a lot of people got here to chill. Not far from this place,we got something near the building, which is Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus. Well you can actually walk there less than 5 minutes

The Tower of the Cathedral of Saint Bartholomew

After finished exploring the area here,we went to the other side of the river! We went to Sachsenhausen! Well we crossed the Iron Bridge or known as Eiserner Steg in German where the bridge connects the centre of Frankfurt with the Sachsenhausen area.

I took this pic when we were in the middle of it

Oh man, I hope that one day I can live in a place like this haha chill all the time !

So we made our way to Sachsenhausen and we spent sometime looking for a place to eat. HMMM it was a tough one because there were so many good offers there and finally we made our decision and we agreed for Italian food. So we picked Borsalino Ristorante for the place and we ordered a pizza for each of us. I can only describe it with MAMMMMA MIAA! The pizzas were so damn good omg and I think I didn't even say single word while eating it haha focus on the food!

Again,no pictures as I always forgot it when it comes to food ugh.

The district

Food hunting session XD

Apart from then I spent my last day there having dinner with Franzi and her boyfriend,Marco at the Vapiano, which also damn good! The spaghetti that I had there truly mesmerising.

See,this time I took the pic before I eat it haha

Other than that I was pretty lucky to have "tortillas night" with Franzi's flatmates and apparently Benoit was gonna leave soon as he finished his project there so,yeah it was a nice one and I really honoured to be part in this haha

Benoit und ich after the dinner hahaha

Another good boi there :)

And not to forget that I tried Der Wurst with some "twist" in it. Apparently, you can have your Wurst with some kind of flavour and the level of the spiciness. So as a guy who is strongly built from inside and outside I decided to go for Level E with Pirat flavour. Arrogantly I said "Franzi chill, I got this no worries okay"

The moment I put the first slice into my mouth I felt like "meh this is nothing at all" and the feeling last only for 5 seconds. THEN EVERYTHING CHANGED.

I can't feel my tongue. My eyes went red like the devil. I felt hot and I started to sweat. My ears are buzzing and all I can heard from Franzi was " mmm I thought it's spicy enough to make you feel it" haha surely she was joking with me haha

Thankgod she got me extra cola and I had the painful moment there before I leave Darmstadt haha

You can order the Wurst with as you like, but don't be a kid,get E or F. Weakness disgust me.JUST KIDDING.Don't do it unless you have balls of steel or something like that hahaha

Extra info: Make sure to try Laterchen at The Hobbit when you're there :)

All in all, thank you so much Noreen(and her fam) for the hospitality and I wish you all the best with your ambition, work hard for it and always believe in yourself. As for Franzi, thanks a lot and I hope that you enjoy your time and uni life and don't forget to try the wurst with the spiciest level ever! HAHA

That's it for now until next time and I catch y'all again.I gotta train to catch haha! Ciao!
