A labour of love! For Mother Nature

PART 1;

Call of duty! oh yeah it's not a game though but this I kinda responded to the mother nature's call ! Bear in mind as I wasn't alone in this kind of "duty".

So... Apparently this time I joined an event called "Let's clean as we hike" where you actually hike and clean the environment in the same time. Sounds cool aight ? Let's dive deeper.

This idea was initiated by Nader Manaseer, as he always spends his time hiking and exploring the nature inside Jordan with his friends. But one thing that really disturbing is most of the hiking trails sometimes are polluted with trash., Something needs to be done with the trash!

After a while been discussing this problem, Nader and his friends came up with the idea of hike&clean in the same time.Environmental friendly and definitely worth doing. So they came up with "ECO - HIKERS" and Nader Manaseer as the founder of the organisation!

It was a great experience for me and not to forget that I was accompanied by awesome friends as well; Amelie, Pia and Anne. We met at Paris Square where the people assembled. Right at 0900 we off to Abu el-Soos. Oh yeah we bought bread and brought some hummus and mtabbal for our lunch ;)

Right after we got there,and after a short briefing about the place.We started collecting trash as soon as the gloves and the plastic bags were done being distributed.

Yeah go on pal! Save the environment!

Not to mention that the rubbish kinda a lot and for the not even an hour yet,the truck almost full with the rubbish!

Bruv(s),can you imagine this? We need to do more and more,I'm sure that we can achieve clean environment if all of us stand together in solving this problem,as well as educate ourselves and people around us.

Oh yeah keep in mind that all the trash will be recycled. So this is a good way to preserve the environment rather making new one aight?

PART 2

After done with collecting the trash,we had break for a while,and yeahhh it was my first time to try avocado! HAHA

Thanks to Amelie for bringing me the weich one HAHA. The taste was kinda unfamiliar for me but guess what? I did enjoy it! We done with the break and the group started to move from the area and continued walking. We stopped at the edge of the hill and took several pictures!

We continued our long walk towards the end point yet somehow I felt "bruv are we there yet?" HAHA. Nevertheless the experience was great as I had good time with the my friends. I think I'd name this team as The "A" Team. The "A" stands for Avocado. Sounds krass aight?

Pia really interested with the nature and she loves taking picture of the nature,flower and the view! Let's see some of her pics below!

Apart from that I had good time and my weekend well spent and I feel satisfied with everything until now. Even though we need more efforts but with time I am sure that we can achieve clean and better environment for all!
